Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with me! I take great pride in handcrafting each piece of jewellery with care. Please take a moment to read through my delivery policy:

  1. Processing Time
    Since all of my jewellery is handmade to order, I typically need 3-5 business days to craft and prepare your item for shipment. During busy periods or for custom orders, processing might take a bit longer. If there are any delays, I will notify you via email.

  2. Shipping Methods and Costs
    I offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)
    • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on your location)

    Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on your location and the weight of your order. I also offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over €100.

  3. Order Tracking
    Once I’ve shipped your order, I’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can track your delivery.

  4. Shipping Delays
    While I always aim for timely deliveries, please be aware that shipping times may vary due to factors like weather, customs delays, or postal carrier issues. I can’t be responsible for delays once your package is in transit.

  5. Address Accuracy
    Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. I cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
