Return and Exchange Policy

I want you to love your handmade jewellery! However, due to the nature of my products, I have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:

1. Returns and Exchanges
   I have a 14 day return policy from the day of delivery. This does not include earrings due to hygiene reasons.
   ->The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging 
   -> The sender is responsible for the shipping costs to return the parcel, as well as for any incurred customs or import taxes.
   -> The sender is responsible for the arrival of the parcel in perfect condition. Consider a shipment with tracking and careful packaging.

2. Custom Orders
   Custom or personalised jewellery items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Eligibility for Returns
   To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. If you believe the item is defective, please send me photos, and I’ll assist you with the return.
